2 Years : For All of PWM and MPPT Solar Charge Controllers ; Battery Accessaries such as BMV 700/702 , Battery Balancer ; PROsine Series Power Inverters .

5 Years : For Xtender XTM XTH Inverters

What is the specific process of after sales service ?

* Please Keep photos or videos as much as possible when problems occur .

* Take a Pictures of your Products lables (ID)

* Contact with us .

Our Staff will be feedback all your information to our engineer and reply your message in 24 hours , after the engineer confirm it we will decide to send the parts to you for replace or send the New Unit for replace .

What if my product has exceeded its warranty ? Did you also repair OUTBACK , STECA or Studer Products .

* If the Unit exceeded its warranty and damage very serious , we will suggest use one new unit , and we can try provide you a nice discount . If not we can help you repair the unit in free .

* Yes , we can repair the all of OUTBACK , STECA , STUDER models which we also have , Fangpusun are not the first to do it , But we do the best .
