Hello, we can charge the battery with our Xtender series of sine wave inverters. If the sine wave inverter is not charged, the following situations may occur:

① The device is not connected to a qualified AC power supply.

② If there is a generator, it may not be running.

③ To correct the problem, check that the charge function is enabled and check the AC charge current setting.
